Beech Properties: Princess St, Manchester Project achieves BREEAM award |
Professional Consultants Certificate Ltd are proud to be associated with Beech Properties.
Beech Properties’ first Manchester project has received a BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) ‘Outstanding’ rating award. This is a first for Manchester and is the only Multi-residential building to achieve this standard in the North-West.
