The House System

The House System was reintroduced to AGSB in the Summer Term 2019.

All pupils and members of staff are assigned to one of four Houses: Tatton, Stamford, Bradbury or Massey, where elected leaders organise events and house activities.

The House System is intended to build a sense of community between large groups of students and to foster a culture of leadership, teamwork, resilience and accountability
throughout their education and beyond. It encourages pupils to forge bonds with other year groups and social groups that they may not interact with in other aspects of school
life.

These interactions, along with House-based activities, help to form a shared sense of identity and a feeling of association between students.

Positive Benefits

With many of our ABC+ Warranty team members being AGSB alumni, we can attest to the growth and development of individuals involved in The House System.
