Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Office-Based Salesperson to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the housing association and construction sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Work closely with the underwriting team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the general insurance or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum ‘C’ Grade achieved for Maths and English at GCSE level preferrable
