Academic success for ABC’s talented team

We are thrilled to announce that two of our team members have successfully acquired new qualifications, expanding their knowledge and skills within our industry.

Firstly, Mark Gietzen, Warranty Specialist, who recently completed his Insurance, Legal and Regulatory (IF1) exam has now fully completed his apprenticeship and is Cert CII qualified. This qualification provides the knowledge and understanding of the principles of insurance, including the main legal principles relating to insurance contracts, insurance business and the key elements to protect customers.

Mark has been with the team for over four years, and this latest achievement shows his commitment to best serving our vast client base and his own personal development.

Similarly, our Underwriting Assistant, George Smith, has successfully passed his Level 3 Certificate in Insurance, a core qualification for insurance staff working across all sectors of the industry.

The qualification provides a fundamental grounding of the key insurance principles, disciplines, products, and markets, including the regulatory environment and key disciplines of underwriting and claims.

George joined us back in October 2023 and has proved an invaluable asset to the team. This latest achievement is a testament to his hard work and dedication to our clients and his career.
