Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your sales skills, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the housing association and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Work closely with the underwriting team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Travel to client sites as required.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the general insurance or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Full UK driving license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
