Adele Reid shortlisted for Women in Construction Awards

We’re delighted to share that our Managing Director, Adele Reid, has been shortlisted for the Women in Construction Awards in the Business Owner category!

Adele has been named among just seven finalists in a category celebrating women who are building and leading businesses across the construction and built environment sector.

Adele’s career has been built on hard work, determination and a belief in people. Since becoming Managing Director of ABC+ Warranty, she has played a central role in the growth and development of the business, helping to shape what it is today while never losing sight of the people behind it.

Her approach has always been about more than commercial success. She has created opportunities for people to develop, encouraged colleagues to believe in their own abilities and built a culture where hard work is noticed and valued. She also continues to look for ways the company can contribute beyond its own four walls, supporting causes, events and communities that matter to her.

That combination of ambition and genuine care is a big part of what makes Adele so respected by the people around her.

Being shortlisted alongside six other inspiring women from across the industry is a wonderful achievement, and one that means a great deal to the whole team.

The winner will be announced at the Women in Construction Awards on Thursday 29th October 2026, when Adele will join the other finalists to celebrate the achievements of women helping to shape the future of the industry.
