Almost all of the properties we've sold have required mortgages and every lender has accepted the ABC+ Warranty without question. ABC+ offers us a very cost effective solution for 10 year structural warranties. The surveyors visiting site don't just carry out inspections, they have also been pro-active in offering solutions when we've occasionally encountered construction issues.
